Viewing Grantor/Grantee Search Results

You view results after Running a Grantor/Grantee Search. Viewing results is a two-step process that involves:

Viewing and Using Name Search Pick List provides an intermediate step that displays a collection of possible surname matches. From this list you can choose the surnames for which you want to run and receive results, thus limiting other names that TPX would otherwise run and include as relevant results.
Viewing the Grantor/Grantee Search Results Screen, which is divided into three portions:
Search Parameters, which show the parameters and filters used for your search.
Recent Activity, which displays the order (if any) in which the currently viewed search is associated. The currently active search is highlighted.
TP and TPX search results, which shows the search results.

Results sort by default by Recording Date, newest to oldest. If the Group CI Records Preference is checked, the results still sort by Recording Date, newest to oldest, but with a secondary sort of grouped CI records sorting oldest to newest.
