The Name Search Pick List displays when a Grantor/Grantee, Name, or Xpress Name search finds more than one surname match, allowing you to retrieve results for only those surnames you deem relevant. From the pick list you can click the different name tabs displaying each of the names you typed to further refine your search results. Tabs only display when you use the Merge Name Results option.
Continue to run your search after choosing relevant name variations.
Print Only to run your search and print results after choosing relevant name variations.
Modify Search to re-display the Grantor/Grantee Search Screen, Name Search Screen, or Xpress Search Results Screen pre-filled with the search options originally chosen for your name search so it can be re-run.
