Results display after Running an Instrument Search. Depending on how you ran the search, one of the following, or some combination, will display:
Requested Instrument, displays the requested document (or documents) posted in the title plant you typed into the search. Requested instruments display as Information-Only Components in orders.
References, displays secondary documents posted to the same legal that refers to the requested document. References display as Information-Only Components in orders.
The Instrument Search Results Screen is divided into three portions:
Search Parameters, which show the parameters and filters used for the currently active search.
Recent Activity, which displays the order (if any) in which the currently viewed search is associated. The currently active search is highlighted.
TP and TPX Search Results, which shows the instrument search results.
Using functionality in Instrument Search Results, Search Parameters, and Recent Activity screen portions, you can manipulate Instrument, Property, and Tax results to display results in a manner that best meets your search requirements. Additionally, you can adjust your Instrument Search Preferences to also display results in a meaningful fashion.
