Instrument Search Recent Activity Fields and Controls
After Running an Instrument Search, Recent Activity displays showing the order (if any) in which the currently viewed search is associated, or the individual Non-Order Search. The instrument results currently viewed will highlight within the order (if any) structure, or it will highlight surrounded by related property searches (if any were performed).
Clicking 
at the top of Recent Activity allows you to:
