Using Subdivision Lookup Details

The Subdivision Lookup Details Window displays in one of three cases:

When Looking up a Subdivision from the Combination and Property Search pages and clicking Details from the Subdivision Lookup Pick List Window.
When clicking Details from the Property Reconciler Window to find the most current overlying properties in a subdivision. The Property Reconciler only displays when the department in which you work has the Inquiry Only Permission and you searched an underlying property.
Automatically when all of the underlying properties you searched were vacated to the same overlying subdivision, and the department in which you work has the Inquiry Only Permission activated.

Using Subdivision Details differs depending on how you arrived to the window. If you arrived:

Via the Subdivision Lookup Pick List Window, see below for instructions.
Via the Property Reconciler Window, see Using Property Reconciler for information.
Automatically, see below for instructions.

To use Subdivision Details when arriving:

Review subdivision information and the properties that reside in the subdivision.
If you want to search some of the subdivision properties, close the Subdivision Details window to redisplay the Subdivision Lookup Pick List window.
Click Use Subdivision to populate the Combination or Property Search page with the major legal portion of the property(ies) you want to search.

Review subdivision information and the overlying properties that reside in the subdivision.
Choose the properties you want to include in your search by selecting their associated check boxes.
Click:

Continue to search the selected properties. If any of the properties you have chosen are determined to be underlying, the Property Reconciler will display, allowing you to choose the relevant overlying properties.
Add to Search Page to add the properties to the Combination or Property Search page, allowing you to readjust your property search options, if necessary.
