About Property Reconciler

The Property Reconciler Window displays when you search one or more underlying properties, and the system has detected that those underlying properties have been vacated to multiple overlying properties in different subdivisions. The Property Reconciler allows you to research overlying subdivisions and properties to choose the most currently overlying property (or properties) to search, thus avoiding unnecessary inquiry charges.

The Property Reconciler only displays when the department in which you work has the Inquiry Only Permission and you searched an underlying property.
