The Grantor/Grantee Search allows users to search through property records looking for records posted to a given party name(s).
Data displaying in Grantor/Grantee search results is acquired as-is from different counties, and keying practices used by the counties to generate the data are inconsistent. These practices can sometimes limit the depth of data and are frequently not up to the same keying standards used by Property Insight to generate result records, such as those for property and name results. Thus, quality, formatting, and richness of the Grantor/Grantee data may not be consistent with the information keyed for other result records from other types of TitlePoint searches.
To run a Grantor/Grantee Search minimally requires having one or more individual or business names. The remaining search fields are used to further refine search results. Acquiring name results requires performing three primary steps:
Running a Grantor/Grantee Search, which includes entering optional order information and identifying filtering characteristics. Please review the Grantor/Grantee Search Screen for information about each field in the search.
Viewing and Using Name Search Pick List provides an intermediate step that lists a variety of name permutations. From this list you can choose to include one, some, or all of the different name permutations in your search.
Manipulating Grantor/Grantee Search Results, which includes additionally filtering and ordering search results to display in a meaningful manner.
