Description

Recent Activity

The Order Folder is at the top level of the navigation hierarchy. Clicking this icon will display the Order Home Page.

An order folder that represents a Canceled Order.

An order folder that represents a Closed Order.

The Search Folder icon indicates a group of one or more Tax, Property, Name, or Instrument searches.

Represents a Non-Order Search. Clicking this icon will display the search of interest.

The Cross Reference or Name Pick List icon.

An unresolved pick list that requires a user's attention.

Indicates a workflow error that requires a user's attention.

Displays for general errors, such as next to your search key (such as an APN) in Recent Activity when that search key cannot be found by the system.

Clicking this button allows you to:

• Clear All Searches

• Clear All Non-Order Searches

• Clear All Order Searches

• Load Recent Activity

Results (Property)

Conveyance

Released document, primary and secondary(s).

A secondary document whose reference information does not relate to a document on the chain. Most of the time this denotes a missing primary document, but it also displays when a document shows an unknown document type.

A valid starter, which means there is a concurrent deed and/or trust deed.

An interesting document, marked after chaining, that indicates it was found during chaining but is prior to the starter (and you can decide if a copy is needed).

Open encumbrance

An "out-by-time" document.

A document that was "hidden" on the video display.

Judgment

Released document, primary and secondary(s).

A secondary document whose reference information does not relate to a document on the chain. Most of the time this denotes a missing primary document, but it also displays when a document shows an unknown document type.

A document that was hidden on the video display by filtering.

A document that was manually filtered.

A document that was "found" when using Filter by Address/SSN Number. See Filtering Search Results for further information.

Images

Image Statuses

There are numerous icons that represent different statuses in the image retrieval process. See Image Retrieval Statuses for iconography.

Other

Indicates you have the option to view Expanded (tries to display on one or two lines) or Condensed (displays on three or four lines, plus any required additional lines, as there are multiple 1st, 2nd, or 3rd parties) results for name and property Searches.

Indicates you have quick-viewed an image. Quick-viewed images will also display the icon in any search within the order where the instrument exists.

Court link icon that displays next to certain court image types in certain counties. Clicking the icon will launch a separate browser window for the court Web site to retrieve document images.

Indicates you can date down one or more components from the Order Home Page. See Dating Down from the Order Home Page for further information.

Indicates you can print one or more components from the Order Home Page. See Printing Images, Search Results, or Order Summary Report from Order Home Page for further information.

Indicates you can e-mail images from the Order Home Page. See E-Mailing Results and Images from Order Home Page for further information.

The iView icon that displays in your Windows Taskbar that indicates iView is active.

The iPrint icon that displays in your Windows Taskbar that indicates iPrint is active.
