Finding an Order by Address, Name, or Date

To find an order:

From the menu, choose Orders and click Find to display the Find Order screen.
Click to Choose State, County, Company, Department, and Title Officer options.

Note: To find relevant orders, an order's search components must contain at least one instance of the state/county combination chosen. Alternatively, you can enter the ------ option.

Click for the Other (Address/Name/Date) Search By method to display fields in which to enter one or more of those values. You can enter:

An Address and Name, just an Address, or just a Name. See Entering Address and/or Name in Find Order for further information.
Nothing into Address and Name, and simply retrieve the orders of interest using Dates and/or choosing Include options. This might return a significant amount of order records.

Type the property address into Address, if you are not searching for an order(s) by Name, or if you want to search in conjunction with a Name.
Click to choose a City with the address.
Type an individual or business name of the owner or buyer into Business or Individual Name, if you are not searching finding an order by Address, or if you want to find an order in conjunction with an Address. Type the name in the same way it was typed when you Ran the Name Search.
Click Add More Addresses and Names if needing to type more than one address, city, or name combination in the available fields. Each time you click Add More Addresses and Names, the fields that display double.
Type an Optional From and Thru Date Range to limit search results to instruments posted within those dates.
Click in one or more of the Include choices to find orders with Open, Closed, and/or Canceled Statuses.
Click in one or more of the Full Tax choices to find orders that contain full tax searches with Pending, Released, or Viewed Statuses.
Click Begin Search to find one or more orders, and if:

One order is found, the system displays the Order Home Page.
More than one order is found, the system displays the Find Order Reference screen. See Using Find Order Results for the next steps.

Click Print Only to find, display (as described above), and automatically print all of the found orders' results.
