Using Find Order Results

The Find Order Results screen displays when you find more than one order after Finding an Order by Order Number or Finding an Order by Address, Name, or Date, allowing you to modify your order retrieval request. You can perform numerous operations from this screen, as shown below.

To use find order results:

1. Click on a link below to get instructions on how to perform a specific operation from the Find Order Cross Reference screen:

• Add to Recent Activity

• Close Orders

• Cancel Orders

• Delete Orders

2. Click Cancel to cancel your request, returning you to the Find Order screen.
