Entering Party Names for Property Search

In Parties, optionally type a full name (as described in Typing Business or Individual Names into Name Search) to further limit property search results by searching for and filtering specific first party and second party names on documents.

If you are searching in Los Angeles, Orange, or Ventura, and are accustomed to only typing the first five characters for the last name, it is still recommended you type a full name. If the last name you type in Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura includes fewer than five characters, then it is recommended you use the Include Party Name post filter.
