Keyboard Shortcuts and Mouse-wheel Features

To improve how quickly you can work, iView provides keyboard shortcuts (listed in the table below) and mouse-wheel features that allow you to:

Scroll Vertically
Scroll Horizontally when depressing the Shift key.
Zoom when depressing the Ctrl key.

Keystroke	Label	Description
Ctrl+1	Pan/Move	Allows you to move the document image around in the right pane.
Ctrl+2	Highlighter	Activates the feature to allow you to highlight document image portions.
Ctrl+3	Line	Activates the feature to allow you to draw a line on an image.
Ctrl+4	Arrow	Activates the feature to allow you to draw an arrow on an image.
Ctrl+5	Circle	Activates the feature to allow you to draw a circle on an image.
Ctrl+6	Rectangle	Activates the feature to allow you to draw a rectangle on an image.
Ctrl+7	Text	Activates the feature to allow you to add a text box to an image in which you can type notes.
Ctrl+O	Open Local	Opens a file on your local computer that you can view or annotate.
Ctrl+A	Enable or Hide Annotations	Hides or displays annotations you made to the documents in the search/order.
Ctrl+P	Printing Selected Image	Prints selected image displaying in the Right Pane.
Ctrl+Shift+P	Printing Complete Order	Prints order images.
Ctrl+E	Exporting Images	Displays your operating system's Save As window so you can save your files.
Ctrl+Shift+E	Exporting Order	Displays your operating system's Save As window so you can save your files.
Ctrl+F	Create PDF	Displays your operating system's Save As window so you can save your file.
Ctrl+L	Create XML	Displays your operating system's Save As window so you can save your file.
Ctrl+D	Create RTF	Displays your operating system's Save As window so you can save your file.
Ctrl+R	Report Discrepancy	Displays the Discrepancy Reporting window pre-populated with your order or non-order search images.
Ctrl+C	Copy	Copies text you highlight to your operating system's clipboard so you can paste it into another application.
Ctrl+V	Paste	Pastes text you copied from another program into iView. This feature can only be used to paste text into the Text Box.
Ctrl+X	Cut	Cuts blocks of text, such as those typed in text boxes.
Ctrl+Y	Redo	Redoes your last action.
Ctrl+Z	Undo	Undoes your previous action.
Spacebar	Include/Exclude Images	Toggles to include or exclude document pages.
