You can insert text boxes with notes on document images to mark important text in your document.
To insert a text box:
Click
in the Toolbar to choose a Small, Normal, or Large font to use in your text box.
Click
to engage the text box feature.
--OR--
Type Ctrl+7.
Select the area in your image where you want to insert a text box by clicking your mouse button and dragging the cursor.
Release the mouse button when complete.
Type your notes.
