Inserting Text Box on Image

You can insert text boxes with notes on document images to mark important text in your document.  

To insert a text box:

  1. Click in the Toolbar to choose a Small, Normal, or Large font to use in your text box.

  2. Click to engage the text box feature.

--OR--

Type Ctrl+7.

  1. Select the area in your image where you want to insert a text box by clicking your mouse button and dragging the cursor.

  2. Release the mouse button when complete.

  3. Type your notes.
