Tax Report Screen

The Tax Report screen displays differently depending on the county in which you are running a search. As described in Viewing Tax Report, several types of tax reports can return:

Current and Prior Year Tax Information and Tax Assessment Information images that display captured information requested from respective county Web sites via Xpress Search.
In non-Cook, IL, counties that support taxes:
Current Year Tax Report, which displays summarized tax information.
Prior Year Tax Report, which includes complete tax information (including delinquencies, bonds, redemption amounts, and so on).
In Cook, IL, Only:
Current Year (Summary) Tax Report, which displays summarized tax information.
Full Tax Report, which displays complete tax information, including canned exception text.
