Viewing and Using Name Search Pick List provides an intermediate step that displays a collection of possible surname matches. From this list you can choose the surnames for which you want to run and receive results, thus limiting other names that TPX would otherwise run and include as relevant results.
Viewing the Xpress Name Search Results Screen, which is divided into three portions:
Search Parameters, which show the parameters and filters used for your search.
Recent Activity, which displays the order (if any) in which the currently viewed search is associated. The currently active search is highlighted.
Search Results, which shows the name search results.

Additionally, search results display based on Name Search Preferences chosen by you and your administrator. You can modify your preferences or contact your administrator to change your default values.
