Deleting Order from Order Home Page

To delete an order from Order Home Page:

1. Click the order number for the order of interest in Recent Activity to display the Order Home Page. If you need to find the order, first perform one of the following:

• Finding an Order by Order Number

• Finding an Order by Address, Name, or Date

2. Click Delete Order and TitlePoint validates the order numbers by making sure the following is correct:

• Company, Department, and Title Officer.

• Order status is Open. You cannot delete a canceled or closed order.

If numbers are valid, TitlePoint:

• Deletes order and redisplays the Order Home Page.

• Deletes property and tax postings on the plant system.
