Dating Down Search Components

To date down search components:

1. Click the order number for the order of interest in Recent Activity to display the Order Home Page. If you need to find the order, first perform one of the following:

• Finding an Order by Order Number

• Finding an Order by Address, Name, or Date

2. In Components click next to one or more search components you want to date down. You cannot date down Information-Only Components.

3. Click Datedown Item and Choose Initial, Prior, or Specify (Dates).

If choosing Specify:

1. Type the date in the empty date field in Datedown Order, making sure to click the radio button.

2. Click Components and choose Specify to date down component(s).
