Advanced Name Filtering Fields and Controls

The Advanced Name Filtering screen displays with a variety of options.

Field/Control	Description
Name Tab Choices
Surname	The Surname tab displays how many surnames were found in the search results. Clicking Surname lists those surnames.
First	The First tab displays how many first names were found in the search results. Clicking First lists those names.
Middle	The Middle tab displays how many middle names were found in the search results. Clicking Middle lists those names.
Full	The Full tab displays how many full names were found in the search results. Clicking Full lists those names.
Header
Checkbox	Click in one or more checkboxes (next to the name of interest) to filter applicable names.
Name	Lists the name types that you can filter, such as Surname, First, Middle, and Full.
Results	Shows how many results contain the listed name.
Continue Button	Clicking Continue filters the names chosen using the checkbox(es).
