No Access to Some Functions

TitlePoint is a permission-based system where different users possess different roles (such as Searcher or Title Officer). A user's role defines what s/he can do, thus providing the authority to perform certain tasks giving access to different functions. This is necessary because each user performs his/her job differently depending on company policies, the region in which s/he resides, or simply personal preferences. Therefore, each user has access to and can use different functions, some of which may or may not display (or even display grayed-out).

If you feel your currently available access to TitlePoint functions is incomplete, you have two options:

Review your Preferences Settings. It is possible that a default setting is preventing you from viewing applicable information or using a particular function.
Contact your Administrator to give you access to those functions you require.
