Entering Starter Remarks

When running a search you can optionally type starter remarks to provide further information about orders and order records. Starter remarks display in:

The Order Home Page header.
Subsequent property chains when new orders are created for the property in question:
At the top of the property chain in Open and Closed Orders when an order maintains an Open status or a Closed, In Recording status.
As part of the order record posted in the chain when an order maintains a Closed or Cancelled status.
Cover pages and reports.

Starter remarks cannot exceed 100 characters. If you Add a New Search to an Order that already contains Starter Remarks, the system will append starter remarks to existing starter remarks; unless they exceed the 100 character limit. You can Modify Starter Remarks in the Order Home Page.
