Entering Assessed Owner, Address, and Property ID for Xpress Search

To enter Assessed Owner, Address, and Property ID:

1. Click to choose one of the following Lookup options:

• Assessed Owner

To search by the Assessed Owner, type a business (Name) or individual (Last, First Middle) name, and use a comma to indicate an individual.

• Address

To search by Address, type the complete street address, city and/or ZIP code. This is the default search option.

• Property ID

To search by Property ID, type a complete number using the example provided below the Property ID field.

2. Click Find to start the search. If:

• One result is found, the search runs and displays results. See Manipulating Xpress Search Results for next steps.

• More than one result is found, the system displays a Lookup Results Pick List from which you can choose a Name/Address/Property ID to use.

Click Clear to clear the Assessed Owner, Address, and Property ID field and Lookup Results.
