About Add Search to Order

You can add new searches or one or more already run searches to existing open orders. Three methods are available to accomplish this:

Add to Existing Order by Running a New SearchAdd to Existing Order by Running a New Search

You can Add a New Search (as you run it) to an Existing Open Order by typing the target order number into Order No. You can also Add a New Search to an Existing Order from the Order Home Page.

Adding a search component to an existing order causes the search to acquire the attributes of the existing order. Thus, the added search component opens and open order postings generate for property(ies) and tax(es), if applicable.

Add Non-Order Search to Existing OrderAdd Non-Order Search to Existing Order

You can Add (one or more) Non-Order Searches to an Existing Order by righto-clicking the search in Recent Activity and choosing Manage Non-order Searches.

Similar to adding an existing order by running a new search, adding a Non-Order Search component to an existing order causes the search to acquire the attributes of the existing order. Thus, the added search component generate open order postings for property(ies) and tax(es), if applicable.

Using the Add Search to Order Screen functionality, you can also create an order with a Non-Order Search.
