Export Preferences Fields and Controls

Export preferences are listed in the table below.

Field/Control	Description
File Type	Enables you to choose one of the following default file formats when saving or e-mailing images: TIFF (Black & White) TIFF (Color) PDF
Destination	The default destination folder on your system where you can Export Images, annotated or otherwise. This default folder displays each time you choose to export images, but you can change it on-the-fly. To change the default destination, click Browse and navigate through your file system to choose a new source destination.
Export and E-mail Order Images As
Individual Files	Exports individual files to the default destination folder. You can also choose Export images in a folder using the order number which exports images into a folder named with your order number.
One multi-image page	Combines all of the image files into one file named with your order number.
Include Annotations	Includes annotations when exporting files.
Use Alternate Email Integration	E-mailing results from iView in certain work environments has difficulty with MultiFactor Authentication. This feature provides an alternative to iView's MAPI implementation and uses Process.Start to open a .eml file using your default e-mail client.
