Deleting Annotations
To delete annotations:

Display the order that contains the annotation(s) to modify.

Click
in the Toolbar. -
Click the shape, highlight, stamp, or text box to delete.

Press Delete on your keyboard. You must delete each item individually.

Click File and choose Save Annotations to save changes.
